Integrated Marketing Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns targeting private equity firms, venture capital firms, and founders. Your focus will be on creating clear, compelling messaging for Carta's diverse product offerings, including cap tables, fund administration, portfolio analytics, and SPVs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as content, brand, events, web, product, and sales—to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. Additionally, you will manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources, and analyze performance to inform future strategies.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in running strategically led marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and demand generation. A proven track record of linking campaigns to pipeline growth and measurable commercial outcomes is essential. You should possess strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the capability to tailor messaging to regional audiences.
