Responsibilities include following up on outstanding calls and unsigned retainers, collaborating with leadership and attorneys nationwide to ensure efficient case onboarding, and documenting all interactions accurately. Additionally, the role involves evaluating the initial merits of potential personal injury cases by reviewing police reports, photos, and other materials to support case assessments.
Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing. A minimum of three years of personal injury experience, either managing a caseload or working as an Intake Attorney, is required. Exceptional communication and customer-service skills are essential, as the role demands the ability to listen, empathize, and guide individuals who are overwhelmed or anxious. Comfort with a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment is necessary, and proficiency in Spanish is considered a significant advantage.
