Instructional Designer (Contract, Remote)

INFUSE is seeking a creative and strategic Instructional Designer to develop impactful learning experiences that blend digital and human interaction. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design engaging programs for adult professionals, utilizing evidence-based instructional design principles and the latest in generative AI technologies.

Key responsibilities include designing and curating blended learning solutions using various formats such as eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training sessions, and on-the-job activities. The Instructional Designer will ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes, and leverage generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs, to support learning initiatives. Managing project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure timely and organized execution of learning programs is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have a background in instructional design and AI implementation, with an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of large language models like GPT-4. Experience in prototyping and configuring custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions is preferred. The candidate should be detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment, with a passion for creatively solving problems to enhance learning experiences.
