Inside Sales Specialist
Wolt is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Budapest, Hungary. As part of our Sales & Merchant Operations department, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our merchant network by identifying and onboarding new restaurant partners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to Wolt's growth and success in the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for researching and targeting potential merchants across Hungary, executing outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities, and building a robust sales pipeline. You will engage with merchants to understand their needs, present Wolt as the ideal solution, and maintain strong, long-term relationships for mutual success. Additionally, you will ensure smooth onboarding by organizing and maintaining accurate documentation in our CRM system and collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of B2B consultative sales experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. You should possess excellent communication skills in Hungarian and conversational English, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market. A track record of success in B2B sales and the ability to work independently while seeking guidance on complex deals are essential.
