Import/Export Analyst - Monterrey, México area
As an Import/Export Analyst based in the Monterrey, México area, you will join Fictiv's dynamic operations team, a company known for its cutting-edge approach to digital manufacturing and supply chain solutions. Your primary responsibilities will be to coordinate and monitor import and export activities, ensuring that all shipments comply with local and international trade regulations. You will handle the preparation and review of shipping documentation, interact closely with customs brokers, and resolve any issues related to the timely delivery and release of goods. Day-to-day, you will be expected to track shipments, provide updates to internal teams or clients, and analyze customs-induced delays to proactively address bottlenecks.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, business, or a related field, coupled with at least two years of experience in import/export operations. Strong knowledge of Mexican customs legislation, documentation requirements, and export programs is critical, as well as proficiency using logistics software and Microsoft Office. Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English are required, as you will collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
