Implementation Consultant (Privacy and GRC)
The Implementation Consultant (Privacy and GRC) at OneTrust is a pivotal role within the company's delivery architecture, serving as the primary liaison between the organization and its clients. This position is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, leading the implementation of OneTrust's solutions, and managing customer expectations throughout the engagement. The consultant will work closely with strategic customers to enhance their overall user experience with the OneTrust Data platform.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the functional implementation and platform adoption for all customer implementations, ensuring exceptional service throughout the process. The consultant will establish themselves as a trusted advisor, aligning the platform's features and functionalities with the client's business needs. Additionally, they will monitor and analyze customer adoption, advocate for customer issues to internal teams, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize the use of the OneTrust platform.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting. They should have effective customer-facing communication skills, a proven ability to engage across corporate functions, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience in architecting and rolling out new technology and solution initiatives is also essential.
