このポジションは、高い能力密度を維持・向上させるための制度設計を行い、圧倒的な実行速度を支えるオペレーショナル・エクセレンスを追求し、変化に揺るがない組織弾性を構築する「組織のアーキテクト」のような役割を担います。
そのため、「守り」の労務にとどまらず、事業成長を加速させるための「攻め」のオペレーション設計をリードすることを期待しています。本ポジションはVP of HRにレポートします。
