Head of Product Marketing (all genders)
Lucanet Group is seeking a Head of Product Marketing to lead and execute the company's product marketing strategy. This role involves building and scaling a high-performing function that translates complex financial software concepts into clear, compelling narratives, driving awareness, adoption, and revenue growth across all target markets. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Product.
Key responsibilities include defining and communicating value propositions, positioning, and messaging for Lucanet's product portfolio. The role involves developing and executing go-to-market campaigns tied to product releases and key events, driving cross-functional coordination across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, and creating sales enablement tools such as presentations, product demos, and training materials. Additionally, the Head of Product Marketing will own solutions marketing content, translate Lucanet's AI and automation capabilities into market-facing narratives for CFO personas, and shape pricing positioning in partnership with the Pricing and Commercial Strategy function.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in product marketing or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS. Experience in financial software or enterprise software is a strong plus, as is a background in marketing to finance, accounting, or CFO personas in the mid-market segment. Exceptional storytelling ability, a strong commercial mindset with a track record of successful go-to-market strategies, and experience in a platform company with multiple product lines are highly desirable. The candidate should be highly self-organized, possess an analytical mindset, and be fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
