Head of Product, Data Platform

Arcadia is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead its Utility Data Platform Product organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing the product strategy and roadmap for Plug, Arcadia's enterprise Utility Cloud platform, and the Utility Data Service (UDS). The successful candidate will manage a team of senior product managers and collaborate closely with engineering leadership to deliver impactful solutions to enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities include owning the full product strategy and roadmap for Plug, working with customers and executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, and developing new features to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue. The role also involves setting the overall vision for the product line, building business cases for new data products, and managing a team of Senior Product Managers across various domains.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years leading a team in an enterprise SaaS environment. Deep experience with data platform products, strong technical foundations, and a proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder migration programs are essential. Experience working directly with enterprise customers and a bias for shipping are also critical.
