Head of People Advisory - Employment Law

The Head of People Advisory - Employment Law at Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, will lead a team based in Barcelona and coordinate legal points of contact across 22 countries. This role is integral to the Legal leadership team, focusing on managing labor risks and ensuring compliance with employment regulations in a rapidly expanding global company.

Key responsibilities include evaluating labor risks associated with business operations and implementing procedures to mitigate them while balancing business needs. The role also involves assisting the People department in aligning business strategies with local regulations and fostering awareness of best practices among Glovo employees.

Candidates should have over 8 years of experience as in-house legal counsel or in a reputable law firm, with a qualified Law Bachelor's Degree in Spain and preferably a Master's in Labour Law. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, along with comprehensive expertise in labor law and related people matters. Strong leadership and people management skills, experience working with senior management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a multinational context are also required.
