The Head of Compliance Infrastructure and Analytics at BVNK will lead the Financial Crime Architecture and Analytics team, focusing on developing scalable solutions to mitigate financial crime risks and ensure regulatory compliance. This role involves extensive cross-team collaboration and requires strong expertise in the financial crime domain. The position is integral to bridging the gap between compliance and product, ensuring seamless integration of regulatory requirements with user-centric solutions.
Key responsibilities include owning and delivering the Compliance Infrastructure vision and roadmap, driving compliance product requirements and solution clarifications, and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize value delivery. The role also entails ensuring the reliability and uptime of core compliance systems, enabling regulatory compliance through superior technical controls, and providing data-driven insights to enhance product functionality and team performance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge in financial crime, AML, or fraud, with experience in a FinTech or payments environment. Experience in building audit-ready infrastructure across jurisdictions, familiarity with both fiat and crypto payments, and a proven track record of leading high-performance teams are essential. Additionally, strong collaboration skills and experience in a data-driven environment are highly valued.
