GTM Engineer, Healthcare
Red Cell Partners is seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to join Trase Systems, an AI platform currently deployed at Duke Health, where it has saved over 5,490 hours of clinical labor annually in a single department. This role involves building and operating the entire top-of-funnel system using AI tools, data enrichment, and automated workflows, with a focus on scaling the platform's reach within the healthcare sector.
The GTM Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing Clay workflows to research, enrich, and score over 121 target hospital accounts automatically. They will configure intent signals and respond to buying triggers, such as new Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) hires or AI strategy announcements, within four hours using AI-personalized outreach. Additionally, the role includes designing and optimizing Apollo outreach sequences, A/B testing messaging, tracking conversion rates, and coordinating pre-conference outreach for events like ASTRO, HIMSS, and ACRO to schedule 15–25 meetings before each event. The GTM Engineer will also generate AI-powered meeting preparation briefs and post-call follow-ups to keep senior sellers focused on closing deals, maintain Salesforce as the source of truth, and report weekly on performance metrics.
Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, sales operations, revenue operations, or growth, with a proven track record of building systems rather than merely using them. Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar GTM tools is essential, including configuring workflows. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can identify manual processes and design automation solutions, possesses strong writing skills to craft AI-assisted outreach that reads as personalized research, and is comfortable working independently in an early-stage company without close supervision.
The position offers a base salary of $130,000 to $150,000, plus bonuses. Benefits include 100% employer-paid comprehensive healthcare for employees and their families, 14 weeks of paid maternity and paternity leave at normal pay, unlimited PTO with management approval, opportunities for professional development and continued learning, optional 401K, FSA, and equity incentives, mental health benefits through Tara Mind, and cost-effective GLP-1 solutions available through Crux.
Trase Systems provides a deployed product with real clinical outcomes, offering employees the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with health systems nationwide about AI integration. The role offers true ownership, allowing the GTM Engineer to build the territory, tooling, and outbound playbook. The company fosters an AI-native environment where employees use AI tools daily, supported by a leadership team with experience operating at scale, including a President who is a former VP of AI/ML at AWS.
