Growth & Product Lead, Indonesia
As the Growth & Product Lead for Indonesia at Canva, you will be responsible for overseeing the product and localization strategy to ensure an optimal experience for Indonesian users. This role involves being the primary advocate for Indonesian users, ensuring that all content and features are culturally relevant and resonate locally.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing Canva's product and localization strategy in Indonesia, contributing to the product roadmap with market-specific features, analyzing user engagement to identify growth opportunities, and adapting global messaging to suit the Indonesian market. Additionally, you will provide cultural insights to global teams, collaborate with linguists and local partners to maintain language clarity, and work with the Indonesian Language Manager to establish localization best practices.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in product and localization within a high-growth SaaS or product-led company, a deep understanding of Indonesia's digital ecosystem and consumer behavior, strong analytical skills to optimize user engagement, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for Canva's mission are essential.
