Growth Engineer
As a Growth Engineer at Ritual, you will lead the integration of Ritual's advanced AI infrastructure with partner applications and protocols, enhancing the network's reach and impact. Your role will enable technology partners in the web3 space and beyond to leverage Ritual's AI infrastructure stack to create innovative, first-of-their-kind applications.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the full partner integration lifecycle, from initial scoping and product development to deployment and maintenance. You will provide technical support to partners, develop reusable best practices and standards, and collaborate with partners to identify and build new products tailored to their use cases. Additionally, you will extend and maintain comprehensive documentation for our integration APIs and SDKs, and interface with various technologies, including AI/ML, distributed systems, and blockchain, to deliver robust integration solutions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in blockchain engineering, particularly in forward-deployed environments, with familiarity in common web3 development libraries and tooling such as Ethers, Viem, and Foundry. A well-rounded understanding of the web3 landscape, including experience interacting with protocols across the stack such as DeFi, different L1/L2 environments, and bridges, is preferred. A strong engineering foundation with fluency in Python or TypeScript, hands-on experience with Solidity and EVM smart contract environments, and Unix familiarity is essential. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with an emphasis on written communication, are also required.
