Graphic Designer

Fictiv is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Pune, India. As a global manufacturing and supply chain company, Fictiv enables organizations to scale across our four global manufacturing centers in India, Mexico, China, and the U.S. This role offers the opportunity to create visual representations in digital and print media that inspire hardware product creators and align with Fictiv's brand guidelines.

In this position, you will collaborate with various members of the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative assets for a wide range of print and digital collateral. Your responsibilities will include designing materials for Fictiv's website, social media pages, display ads, emails, sales presentations, content marketing, PR announcements, swag, and printed booklets. Additionally, you will work closely with our web developer to ensure web assets are implemented as intended and manage tasks and deadlines within Asana and/or Jira in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with primary skills in Adobe Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, graphic design, typography, and layout design. Secondary skills in Adobe InDesign, motion graphics/basic animation, and UI/UX design are also desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to align stakeholders and producers on creative ideas and visual concepts. A desire to experiment with ideas, iterate quickly, and collaborate with a dynamic marketing team is crucial. The ability to attend a weekly check-in meeting conducted during US hours is required.
