Governance, Risk, Compliance & Trust Analyst
Everlaw is seeking a Governance, Risk, Compliance & Trust (GRCT) Analyst to join their team in Oakland, California. This role is integral to ensuring Everlaw's compliance with various regulatory frameworks and maintaining customer trust. As a GRCT Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support audit readiness, manage compliance operations, and address customer trust inquiries.
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include supporting audit readiness across core frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, and ISO 27001/27017/27018. You will manage compliance operations, including evidence requests, policy updates, and control narrative maintenance. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams like Security Engineering, DevOps, IT, Legal, People, and Procurement to gather inputs and produce audit-ready outputs. Another key aspect of the role involves managing customer security questionnaires and trust inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have experience in compliance operations and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, and ISO 27001/27017/27018. Strong communication skills are essential for translating technical and regulatory topics into clear written deliverables. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is also important.
