GOC | Junior Ad Ops Specialist
The Junior Ad Ops Specialist will be part of WPP Media's Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Poland, collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a multicultural environment. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.
In this role, the specialist will support CM360 campaign launches and post-launch verifications, ensuring adherence to WPP Media's established guidelines. Responsibilities include producing daily campaign reports with pacing updates and data entry, distributing tags and creative assets to media partners, and monitoring campaign checks across various platforms to maintain data accuracy. Additionally, the specialist will assist with the implementation of third-party ad serving tags and systems, following documented best practices.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and be proficient in English (B2+ level). A minimum of six months' experience in a digital media agency or the digital ad serving ecosystem, particularly with CM360, is required. Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or DV360 is advantageous. Strong Excel skills and experience with ad serving technologies are essential, along with adaptability to different client needs and excellent communication skills.
