This role combines deep finance expertise with sharp commercial acumen to enable sales teams to win complex, multi-entity deals, anchored in value creation and executive trust. The position involves shaping the global Solution Engineering strategy, standardizing value-led engagement frameworks, and coaching regional Solution Engineers to deliver high-impact customer interactions.

Key responsibilities include leading and coaching a globally distributed Solution Engineering organization across Europe, the UK, APAC, and emerging regions.
