As the Global Head of Partner Sales at Lucanet, you will lead the transformation of our global partner sales organization during a pivotal period. This role involves rebuilding trust with strategic partners, implementing operational rigor, and driving significant revenue growth through our partner channel. Lucanet is a leading CFO Solution Platform, offering an integrated suite of solutions to modern finance and tax teams worldwide.

In this position, you will own global partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, setting aggressive growth targets across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. Key responsibilities include transforming partner metrics to accurately reflect channel value, reestablishing relationships with top-tier partners through executive engagement, and accelerating partnerships with major advisory firms by implementing structured co-sell motions and leveraging Salesforce-based tracking. Additionally, you will be tasked with evolving the partner program from a basic referral model to a differentiated, tiered structure with robust legal and operational frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading global partner or channel sales in B2B SaaS, particularly within enterprise software, with a track record of delivering revenue growth through indirect channels. Demonstrated success in transforming partner programs, including fixing broken models and building scalable frameworks, is essential. Deep experience with strategic advisory partnerships, operational excellence, strong executive presence, and the ability to manage through ambiguity in high-growth or PE-backed environments are also required.
