General Liability Pre Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney to join our expanding Houston, Texas office. The General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney will be responsible for managing all aspects of pre-litigation work, including guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and overseeing settlement negotiations. Additional duties involve completing Flip-to-Lit approvals, managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers, and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators. The attorney will also handle examinations under oath (EUOs), personal injury protection (PIP) statements, and recorded statements.

Candidates must possess a law degree from an accredited institution and be an active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar Association. A minimum of one year of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. A self-starter driven by long-term career goals and a desire to become part of a trial team is preferred.
