Fund Attorney- Assistant Vice President / Vice President

iCapital Network is seeking a Fund Attorney at the Assistant Vice President or Vice President level to join its Fund Finance Hedge Funds team. This role is integral to the company's mission of providing innovative financial solutions to institutional investors.

The Fund Attorney will be responsible for overseeing legal aspects related to hedge fund operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing legal risks associated with fund activities. This includes drafting and reviewing fund documents, advising on regulatory matters, and collaborating with internal teams to support business objectives.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a strong background in hedge fund law, including experience with fund formation, compliance, and regulatory issues. A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience is preferred, along with excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
