Freelance - Senior Designer
VSA Partners is seeking a Freelance Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. As a strategy and design agency, we blend consumer insights and data with human-centered design to create meaningful and measurable experiences. In this role, you will assist in creating visual designs, typography, visual concepts, logos, and icons. Collaborating with project teams, you'll brainstorm creative concepts and develop original campaigns. Your work will span multiple mediums, including TV, print, and digital, ensuring integration of ideas across platforms. You'll be expected to take direction and run with it, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. Additionally, you'll present your work to clients and colleagues, effectively communicating your design solutions.
The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of proven experience in the agency space and holds a bachelor's degree in Design or has completed a portfolio school education focused on Design or Art Direction. You should be a conceptual creative problem solver, strategically applying ideas across all channels. A strong interest or experience in print production and packaging is a plus. We value collaboration, adaptability, and a strong initiative. A naturally curious mind and a passion for pixel-perfect design are essential. Receptiveness to constructive feedback and a commitment to continuous growth are also important.
