FinCrime Operations Senior Lead - AML Investigations

In this position, the Senior Lead will be responsible for leading multiple Team Leads and Specialists, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic roadmaps, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards. The role also involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Financial Crime areas, developing action plans for incident management, and maintaining accountability for escalating critical incidents to senior leadership.
Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in FinCrime, KYC/AML, or compliance, with at least 3 years leading small to medium-sized teams. A strong understanding of the FinCrime regulatory framework is essential, along with experience in forecasting and strategically moving team metrics. The ideal candidate will possess a process-oriented and efficiency-driven mindset, excellent verbal and written English skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
