Financial Analyst-Systems

The Financial Analyst-Systems position at Fictiv offers an opportunity to join a rapidly growing digital manufacturing company as part of its finance team. The role is focused on leveraging analytical and technical skills to drive financial planning, reporting, and decision support for the organization. You will interact with various business and technology teams to optimize financial systems and enhance business performance across this innovative manufacturing platform.

This role's key responsibilities include developing and maintaining complex financial models, automating financial reporting processes, and supporting the monthly close and forecast cycles. The Financial Analyst-Systems will also be instrumental in identifying data trends, generating actionable insights, and collaborating closely with IT and other operational stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of financial systems.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, and at least two years of relevant experience in financial analysis or financial system management. Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, ERP systems, and database tools is required, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in technology-driven environments or digital manufacturing businesses is a plus.
