As a Finance Supervisor at Experian, you will lead financial performance for key teams, focusing on revenue management, forecast accuracy, and process improvements. Managing a team of 3-8 individuals, you will ensure deliverables are met while maintaining governance and control. Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, you will build relationships to stay aligned with business changes and projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing FP&A processes with an emphasis on revenue, such as month-end closing, monthly forecasting, and collaborating with Finance Directors and Managers on annual budgeting and long-range planning. You will partner with senior leaders in product, sales, strategic pricing, billing, and other teams to evaluate opportunities and support revenue reporting and forecasting. Additionally, you will analyze product financial data to identify enhanced reporting dashboards, improve forecasting accuracy, and standardize financial reporting and analysis models.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, with a master's degree or CPA being advantageous. A minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience is required, including expertise in month-end processes, forecasting, reporting modeling, general ledger, and budget management. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle, OBIEE, Tableau, Salesforce, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, and SmartView are essential. Strong analytical skills, experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and P&L analysis are also necessary. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively present analytical findings to various audiences, including senior leaders. Availability to support US Pacific Time zone business hours is necessary.
