As a Field Sales Specialist at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network by engaging with restaurants, retailers, and other local businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential partners, effectively communicate the value of Wolt's platform, and facilitate their successful onboarding. This position is integral to our mission of delivering a wide range of products to customers efficiently.
In this role, you will proactively prospect and generate leads to identify new business opportunities. You will pitch and negotiate with decision-makers, demonstrating how Wolt can enhance their operations. Managing contracts and ensuring a seamless onboarding process are key aspects of your day-to-day activities. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Operations, and Marketing to support partners' success post-launch.
The ideal candidate possesses previous B2B sales experience, preferably within the restaurant or retail sectors. Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. A willingness to travel extensively across Sweden, including overnight stays up to 75% of your working time, is required. While a driver's license is not mandatory, it is considered a strong plus.
