As a Field Marketing Manager at fal, you will play a pivotal role in bridging brand awareness, community engagement, and revenue generation. Your primary responsibility will be to make fal a prominent presence in key markets by organizing and executing various events and partnerships. This position requires close collaboration with the sales team, sharing common goals and taking full ownership of field marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive field marketing strategies, including planning and hosting impactful experiences such as events, webinars, dinners, roundtables, and sponsorships aimed at generating and accelerating pipeline growth. Additionally, you will build and nurture local ecosystems comprising developers, creators, partners, influencers, and media to expand fal's reach and reputation. Measuring and reporting on campaign performance, return on investment, and contribution to revenue will be essential, as well as continuously experimenting and optimizing strategies based on results.

The ideal candidate will possess 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles within high-growth startups. A natural connector who thrives in fast-paced environments, you should have strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple events or campaigns simultaneously. Experience in partnering closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with pipeline goals is crucial. Additionally, being a confident public speaker comfortable representing fal at events is considered a bonus.

Compensation for this role includes an on-target earnings (OTE) range of $150,000 to $210,000, along with equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
