Expert Lead Data Analytics (Mensch)
As an Expert Lead Data Analytics at WPP Media, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making for one of our largest FMCG clients. Collaborating closely with an international team of analytics experts, you will develop innovative solutions to enhance marketing efficiency and contribute significantly to the client's strategic advancement.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing market data to formulate data-based recommendations for the client's media strategy, adapting global media guidelines to local market conditions. You will design and implement comprehensive measurement methods to assess and optimize the success of marketing campaigns. Extracting meaningful insights from complex data analyses and presenting them clearly to internal and external stakeholders will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will support the integration of analytics findings into marketing and media technologies, such as DSPs, DMPs, and ad servers, to automate and scale processes. Leading and mentoring an international team of analytics experts to develop innovative solutions will also be among your core tasks. Furthermore, you will drive the client's strategic development by identifying data-driven opportunities and presenting them confidently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background with a completed degree in a quantitative field, such as economics, mathematics, or statistics. You should possess at least five years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably gained in a media agency or market research institute. A solid understanding of various measurement methods, including attribution, marketing mix modeling, and test-and-learn approaches, is essential. Experience with audience analytics, segmentation, and integrating data into marketing technologies is crucial. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical methods are required, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities in both German and English.
