Candidates should possess solid experience in commercial roles, focusing on portfolio management and business development. Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams are essential. The ideal candidate will have a balanced profile of both Farmer and Hunter, capable of maintaining existing accounts and prospecting new ones to meet new revenue targets. Proficiency in delivering executive presentations, persuasive communication, and consultative sales, especially of complex products, is required. Experience with SaaS or CaaS solutions and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce are advantageous.
