Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of strategic partners to acquire new SME clients, identifying and attracting new partners to enhance regional presence, and offering the full range of Serasa Experian solutions. The role also involves creating impactful presentations, maintaining clear and influential communication, organizing and monitoring the sales pipeline to ensure consistent and high-quality opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Training to develop initiatives that drive channel growth. Additionally, the executive acts as the liaison between partners and the company, ensuring an excellent experience for all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, pipeline management, and channel or commercial team management. A completed higher education degree is required, along with strong analytical and strategic capabilities. The role seeks a hybrid profile, capable of nurturing existing relationships (Farmer) and possessing the energy to initiate new ventures (Hunter).
