Executivo Comercial - Enterprise Accounts
The Senior Account Manager for the Enterprise Accounts sector will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with major players in the Industry sector, leading the complete sales cycle, and ensuring sustainable growth of the portfolio. This professional will act as a high-level consultant, deeply understanding client demands, building value propositions aligned with priorities, and ensuring the execution of large-scale contracts.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing long-term relationships with clients, mapping stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers, and serving as the strategic focal point of the organization. The role involves leading the entire consultative sales cycle—from prospecting and diagnosing to proposal development, negotiation, and closing—while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, the position requires identifying client needs and translating them into solutions aligned with the company's portfolio, as well as preparing robust technical and commercial proposals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7–10 years of experience in consultative sales, with a proven track record in corporate accounts and closing large-scale contracts. A strong understanding of technological solutions, SaaS, data, and analytics is essential. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Dynamics is required. The role demands excellent negotiation and communication skills at executive levels, the ability to navigate complex environments and make strategic decisions, autonomy, analytical vision, and a results-oriented approach.
