Key responsibilities include representing the B2C product and service portfolio during the prospecting of new opportunities, fostering relationships with clients across all hierarchical levels, and identifying potential partnerships with organizations and entities relevant to the target segment. The role demands a proactive approach to market analysis and client engagement to drive business growth.
Candidates should possess comprehensive experience in the entire sales cycle, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Salesforce and client management tools is essential for effective portfolio tracking. Knowledge of BPS and NPS tools, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team, are critical components of this role. An intermediate level of English is also required.
