Executive Social Commerce
The Executive Social Commerce role at WPP Media involves supporting the execution and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns across client accounts. This position focuses on day-to-day operations, publisher coordination, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure campaigns run smoothly and achieve performance targets. Ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals, this role offers exposure to performance marketing, data analysis, and digital commerce within an advertising agency environment.
Key responsibilities include assisting in setting up and launching affiliate campaigns across networks and platforms, uploading banners, tracking links, promo codes, and campaign materials, and ensuring proper implementation of tracking links and conversion tags. The role also involves monitoring live campaigns to ensure smooth delivery, tracking daily and weekly performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, revenue, CPA, and ROAS, and preparing regular performance reports for internal and client review. Additionally, the Executive Social Commerce will communicate with affiliate networks and publishers for campaign updates and placements, assist in onboarding new publishers, and support A/B testing initiatives and optimization efforts.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field, with 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing, including internship experience. A strong interest in data analysis and performance-driven marketing is essential, along with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. The role requires detail-oriented and organized individuals with good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
