The Executive, Planning role at WPP Media in Ho Chi Minh City involves assisting in the development of integrated media campaigns that align with broader communication strategies. The executive will maintain day-to-day operational relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and integrated campaign delivery.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the creation of quarterly and annual media plans, budget allocation, and managing day-to-day reporting. The role involves delivering proposals across traditional and digital platforms to clients and internal stakeholders, driving tactical innovation across media platforms such as TV, OOH, display, video, search, mobile, social, and programmatic. Additionally, the executive will manage implementation, collaborate with media owners, agency partners, and internal buying teams to ensure timely delivery of all campaign elements.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Media & Advertising, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or Computer Science. Strong communication skills, including fluency in English, are essential. Attention to detail, comfort working with numbers and data, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are crucial. A basic understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in the Vietnam landscape is required. Hands-on experience with advertising technology platforms such as Google Ads, ad servers, DSPs, and Facebook Ads Manager is a strong plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is also necessary.
