The Executive Director, Head of Product Development at ProShares is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the firm's product development strategy across multiple asset classes and investment structures. This position involves managing a global pipeline of new products, generating innovative investment solutions, and collaborating with internal and external partners to bring these solutions to market. Key responsibilities include leading market research to identify opportunities, guiding product improvements based on client feedback, and overseeing the entire product development process to ensure feasibility, investment integrity, and operational excellence. The Executive Director will work closely with the CEO and senior management team to advance product initiatives from conception to launch and scale. Additionally, the role involves managing competing priorities, adhering to timelines and budgets, and ensuring all new products comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in asset management, with a demonstrated record of product development and functional team leadership. A history of managing technical teams is preferred. An advanced degree in a quantitative field and/or CFA/CAIA certification is desirable. Proven success in developing and launching investment products across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, private markets, and liquid alternatives, is essential. The candidate should possess exceptional communication, relationship management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence effectively at executive levels.

ProShares offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual base salary range of $250,000 to $300,000, excluding discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
