The Executive Buying role at WPP Media involves implementing and executing traditional media campaigns, including TV, radio, out-of-home (OOH), cinema, and non-biddable digital platforms. The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and reports to the Non-Biddable Buying Team Lead. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, uniting media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.

Key responsibilities include buying and implementing campaigns upon receipt of signed insertion orders and media plans, preparing detailed TV and radio spot schedules, managing material copy requisitions and media diaries, requesting proofs of delivery, conducting post-buy analysis and reporting, monitoring contractual obligations and media spends, reconciling schedules and third-party invoice disputes, ensuring buying efficiency, and negotiating annual media master contracts and deals.

The ideal candidate should possess great attention to detail, be organized with a commitment to continuous improvement, demonstrate a proactive and collaborative attitude, and thrive in a cross-functional environment.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in disciplines such as STEM, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Business Studies, or relevant experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel, is required. The candidate should be proactive, collaborative, possess a "can-do" attitude, have the ability to multi-task, and be passionate about media and advertising with a desire to keep learning.
