Executive Business Partner
Twitch is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the Vice Presidents of Product and Engineering. This role is integral to the company's mission of empowering live communities and requires a high level of organization and responsiveness. The position is based at Twitch's headquarters in San Francisco, CA.
The Executive Business Partner will manage complex calendars and events, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts. Responsibilities include creating confidential presentations and correspondence, coordinating domestic and international travel, managing expense reporting, and collaborating with other Executive Business Partners across Twitch, Amazon, and external organizations. Additionally, the role involves supporting team operations by organizing meetings, developing processes to improve business rhythms, managing operational planning logistics, and fostering team culture through events and recognition programs.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives. Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and expense and travel software is required. A history of coordinating travel and events within company policies, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. A background in gaming or familiarity with Twitch, a bachelor's degree, and previous managerial experience are advantageous.

The base salary range for this position is $81,600 to $142,800, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional compensation may include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
