Executive Assistant to CTO
OpenFX is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role is integral to our rapidly growing engineering team, requiring a professional who understands the dynamics of a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. The Executive Assistant will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and be based in Bangalore, India.
The Executive Assistant will manage the CTO's calendar across multiple global time zones, coordinate with engineering leads and product managers, prepare materials for technical reviews and planning sessions, and track deliverables to ensure the smooth operation of the engineering organization. Responsibilities also include handling complex international travel logistics, organizing engineering offsites and technical recruiting events, and maintaining discretion with sensitive information such as hiring plans and organizational changes.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting senior technology leaders like CTOs or VPs of Engineering. Experience in high-growth startups or fast-scaling technology companies is essential. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a technical environment, possess expert-level calendar and time management skills across global time zones, and demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are also required.
