Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Veracode is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the EMEA Vice President and Senior Leadership Team at our London headquarters. This role combines executive support with office management responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations and a productive work environment.
Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating communication among senior stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing daily office operations, liaising with building management and service providers, managing office access and supplies, and ensuring compliance with UK health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience supporting VP or C-Suite leaders, preferably within a global technology organization. Strong organizational and project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools are essential. Experience in office operations or facilities management is also required.
