Event Marketing Manager - HR Solutions
The Event Marketing Manager - HR Solutions at Mitratech is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of event and experiential marketing programs across HR Solutions. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of events, including conferences, executive experiences, field events, customer engagements, sponsorship activations, and virtual roundtables. The manager will collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure that events effectively support pipeline growth, customer engagement, and market positioning.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing the annual HR Solutions event strategy, evaluating event investments based on pipeline goals and business impact, and aligning event initiatives with integrated marketing campaigns. The manager will lead the strategy and execution of executive dinners, VIP experiences, sporting events, regional activations, and customer events, designing high-quality attendee experiences that strengthen relationships and accelerate pipeline opportunities. Additionally, the role involves owning and scaling Mitratech’s virtual roundtable program for HR leaders, establishing repeatable frameworks and operational processes for virtual events, and collaborating with Demand Generation and Product Marketing on topics and audiences.
The ideal candidate should have 5–8+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, or demand generation, with proven success in managing strategic event programs end-to-end. A strong understanding of pipeline-driven event strategy and account-based marketing is essential, along with experience partnering with Sales leaders and executive stakeholders. Excellent project management, organizational, and operational planning skills are required, as well as the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are also important.
Mitratech offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $110,000 CAD annually for this role, which can be performed 100% remotely anywhere in Canada.
