Especialista SRE II - Tech Lead
Experian is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Tech Lead to enhance the automation and reliability of our cloud platforms. This senior role involves close collaboration with global teams to ensure high availability, performance, and resilience across our systems.
The SRE Tech Lead will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of production systems by monitoring runtime behavior and participating in global on-call rotations. Key duties include designing, developing, and maintaining automation tools and infrastructure abstractions to improve system resilience and reduce manual operational efforts. The role also involves leading configuration, testing, security, and deployment activities using Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native technologies to ensure consistent and secure deployments.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or have equivalent experience. Strong experience with Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps practices in cloud-based environments is essential. Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS), as well as Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Atlantis, is required. Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins, and Nexus, along with expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes, Helm, and GKE, is also necessary. Advanced English proficiency and availability to travel to São Carlos, São Paulo, when needed, are required.
