As an SRE Specialist at Serasa Experian, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability, resilience, and scalability of our systems. In this role, you will collaborate with IT teams, including Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure, as well as business areas, to ensure that our architecture meets the technical needs and requirements of the execution team. You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our environment with microservices, AWS, and a focus on information security.
We are seeking candidates with knowledge in DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems, server management, networks, and protocols is essential, along with problem-solving skills related to distributed systems. Practical experience with AWS services and the ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient architectures are required. Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or others for provisioning, deployment, and system configuration, as well as familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, and ELK Stack, is also necessary.
