Especialista Juridico I

The Especialista Jurídico I will join Serasa Experian's legal team, focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital, corporate affairs, strategic partnerships, and antitrust matters. This role involves close collaboration with business and governance teams to support the company's strategic operations. The position reports directly to the Legal Director responsible for M&A, Venture Capital, Corporate, Partnerships, and Antitrust, and includes oversight of a Junior Lawyer within the team.

Key responsibilities include managing all phases of M&A transactions, such as drafting and reviewing operational documents like NDAs, term sheets, purchase agreements, and investment contracts. The role also involves coordinating legal due diligence processes, ensuring alignment with internal departments and external consultants. Additionally, the specialist will handle corporate documentation, support internal reorganizations, and ensure compliance with governance policies and corporate best practices.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in M&A, venture capital, corporate law, strategic contracts, and antitrust matters. They should be capable of operating in a dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous projects. Advanced proficiency in English is required, along with clear communication skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to interact effectively with various business areas.
