The Especialista de SRE I at Experian is a pivotal role within the Identity & Fraud team, focusing on ensuring the reliability and resilience of critical products. This position is integral to maintaining high availability, performance, and automation in a complex, large-scale environment. Experian, a global leader in data and technology, operates in 32 countries with over 22,000 employees, providing innovative solutions for credit analysis, authentication, and fraud prevention.

Key responsibilities include serving as a technical reference for SRE practices, supporting development and operations teams, and defining and monitoring service level indicators (SLIs), objectives (SLOs), and agreements (SLAs) aligned with business goals. The role also involves conducting incident analyses to propose preventive and corrective actions, automating processes related to provisioning, deployment, scalability, and failure recovery, and designing and maintaining observability solutions such as logs, metrics, traces, and alerts. Additionally, the specialist will participate in capacity and performance engineering to ensure systems meet demand predictably and support architectural evolution for resilience, scalability, and security.

Candidates should have solid experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering in mission-critical environments, with proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS, OCI, Azure, and GCP. Advanced knowledge in automation and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible is required, along with experience in monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of distributed systems is essential. Strong communication skills, a systemic vision, and a focus on solving complex problems are also important.

Desirable qualifications include experience with resilience in identity and fraud systems, cloud certifications (AWS, OCI, Azure, or GCP), experience with chaos engineering and resilience testing, and knowledge in application and infrastructure security.
