The Especialista de OKRs at Experian is responsible for structuring, consolidating, and monitoring the OKR methodology across the organization, ensuring strategic alignment, consistent follow-up, and executive visibility of results. This role is integral to the Human Resources department, contributing to the company's mission of transforming uncertainty into informed decisions through advanced technology and innovation.

Key responsibilities include leading the complete OKR cycle—definition, alignment, monitoring, and closure. The specialist will support leadership in crafting clear, measurable OKRs aligned with the company's strategy, ensure methodological consistency and governance across all areas, consolidate results, prepare executive materials, and conduct follow-up forums with senior stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves identifying risks, misalignments, and opportunities for improvement throughout the cycle, promoting discipline, organization, and cadence in monitoring routines.

Candidates should have prior experience in goal management, OKRs, or organizational performance, along with experience interacting with senior stakeholders and executive leadership. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities are essential, as well as excellent communication, influence, and facilitation skills. The ideal profile is structured, analytical, and results-oriented, capable of navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders, proactive with a sense of ownership and execution focus, and comfortable constructively challenging leaders to ensure clarity and strategic focus.

Fluency in English (oral and written) is required, with the ability to conduct meetings and prepare executive materials. Advanced proficiency in Excel is also necessary.
