The Enterprise Partner Account Manager, GSIs at Klaviyo is a strategic role focused on building and deepening relationships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). This position is part of the Partnerships team, which collaborates closely with Sales and Marketing to enhance Klaviyo's ecosystem and deliver greater value to customers. The role involves working directly with C-suite leaders within GSI organizations to understand their business models and growth strategies, advising them on how Klaviyo's solutions can support their objectives.

Key responsibilities include articulating the value of Klaviyo's software to top GSIs, differentiating it from other solutions, and managing business development referrals and co-selling opportunities. The role also involves coaching partners on growing their business and profitability with Klaviyo, driving cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, and developing a deep understanding of the business models and ecosystems of top GSIs. Additionally, the manager will run internal campaigns to promote GSI capabilities within Klaviyo and drive joint sales motions with GSIs to expand Klaviyo's footprint within enterprise accounts.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in SaaS account management, channel, or sales roles, with a proven ability to support and influence colleagues on cross-functional teams. Familiarity with enterprise methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDPICC is essential, along with the capability to build strong executive relationships and lead complex, multi-threaded deals to closure. Experience with AI tools and workflows is also valued, as the role encourages exploring new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $142,800 to $193,200, depending on factors such as skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
