OneTrust is seeking an Enterprise Corporate Sales Manager II fluent in German to join our Madrid office. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding relationships with enterprise-level clients, focusing on customer retention and revenue growth. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will contribute to OneTrust's mission of enabling responsible data and AI use through our AI-Ready Governance Platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include cultivating strong relationships within a portfolio of customers, ensuring a consultative approach aligned with client needs. You will collaborate seamlessly with customer success, sales, and partners to identify and mitigate roadblocks, ensuring successful and timely execution of deals and contract renewals. Additionally, you will navigate contract complexities with precision, address compliance issues, and identify expansion opportunities to increase software platform utilization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience in account management, renewals management, or sales within the software industry. Fluency in German is essential. A passion for understanding technology and customer success stories, along with deep knowledge of consultative selling, is crucial. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a strategic mindset are also required. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions is preferred.
