The Enterprise Channel Account Executive, GSIs at Klaviyo is a strategic role focused on building and deepening relationships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). This position is integral to Klaviyo's Partnerships team, which collaborates closely with Sales and Marketing to enhance the company's ecosystem. The role involves working directly with C-suite leaders within GSIs to understand their business models and growth strategies, advising them on how Klaviyo's platform can support their objectives.

Key responsibilities include articulating the value of Klaviyo's software to top GSIs, managing business development referrals and co-selling opportunities, and coaching partners on growing their business with Klaviyo. The role also entails driving collaboration across Klaviyo's internal teams, serving as a platform subject matter expert, and running internal campaigns to promote GSI capabilities within the organization. Additionally, the executive will drive joint sales motions with GSIs, equip and enable GSI sales teams, and build executive alignment to embed Klaviyo in partners' go-to-market strategies.

Candidates should have over 10 years of SaaS account management, channel, or sales experience, with a proven track record of supporting and influencing cross-functional teams. Familiarity with enterprise methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDPICC is essential, along with the ability to build strong executive relationships and lead multi-threaded deals to closure. Experience with AI tools and a willingness to explore new AI workflows to enhance efficiency are also important.

The base salary for this position ranges from $142,800 to $193,200 USD, depending on factors such as job-related skills, experience, education, and work location. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
