Enterprise Architect
Banyan Software is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and evolution of our corporate technology infrastructure. As a senior technology leader, you will be responsible for defining the current and future state of our enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and facilitating scalable growth within our organization. This role is pivotal in integrating AI capabilities into our systems, data workflows, and infrastructure from the outset.
In this position, you will develop and maintain comprehensive architecture strategies and roadmaps, establish and enforce architectural standards and governance, and design integration frameworks across our core technology stack, including Microsoft 365, Okta, NetSuite, Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom. Collaboration with the Director of Security is essential to implement a zero-trust network model, incorporating platforms such as MDM, Zscaler VPN/ZTNA, and endpoint security. A key aspect of this role is to embed AI-native principles into every architectural decision, ensuring that new systems and integrations are designed to support AI and agentic tooling effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise architecture, with proven experience in designing and implementing complex systems and integrations. A deep understanding of AI infrastructure and data foundations is crucial, as is the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design agent-ready workflows. Experience in establishing AI governance and guardrails, in partnership with security and legal teams, is also highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and influence teams are essential for success in this role.
