Enterprise AI Consultant
Celonis is seeking an Enterprise AI Consultant to join their Services team in Munich, Germany. This role focuses on leveraging the Celonis platform to deliver AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes for strategic clients. As part of the Celonis Customer Organization, the Services team is dedicated to transforming the platform into measurable, business-critical outcomes for customers.
In this position, the consultant will be responsible for designing end-to-end Celonis solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments, spanning multiple process areas, business units, and geographies. They will define technical blueprints for integrating the Celonis platform with customer systems, data strategies, and transformation goals. Additionally, the role involves designing secure, scalable architectures optimized for long-term usage growth and high concurrency, and making architectural decisions tied to customer outcomes.
The consultant will also serve as a senior technical advisor to strategic customers, building trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders. They will translate customer business challenges into Celonis platform strategies, identifying high-impact use cases and defining success metrics. The role includes supporting pre-sales by providing technical credibility in complex deals, validating solution feasibility, and shaping project scope. Furthermore, the consultant will guide customers through their Process Intelligence maturity journey, advising on platform expansion, AI readiness, and organizational change.
Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership within enterprise software, consulting firms, or system integrators. A minimum of 3 years in a senior or lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility in large-scale projects is required. Proven ability to design complex, multi-component solutions that span data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI is essential. Experience with AI-augmented delivery workflows and agent orchestration is also necessary. Deep domain expertise in process domains or industry verticals, along with strong customer executive presence and communication skills, are important for success in this role.
